If a picture is worth ten thousand words, I'd say good photography is invaluable. Its worth is not found in mere words. Rather, the value is in the emotion it evokes and the memories it brings years from now. If you can look at a photo and recall the feelings and surroundings, the people and the moment; if you feel the excitement or sadness , the happiness or thrill; if you are transported back to that one moment in time and then beyond to that part of the story of your life; then, I've done my job as a photographer. -Lisa
